Shipping and Returns

Most items ship within 3 business days using UPS. To inquire about international shipping rates, please send us an email at info@natalieblake.com.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be packed and shipped in the original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or an exchange of a similar item. Each item we create is unique and one-of-a-kind, and any exchange process will involve a conversation about the options.

Return Shipping

It is essential that the specialized shipping materials included in your shipment are used in a return. If you have any questions about how to use these materials, please call for details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Boxes must be insured for the full value of the item and have a tracking number.

Damaged Items

Our ceramic products are packaged using the highest quality materials to ensure safety during shipment. In the event that you receive broken or damaged items: keep all packing materials, take photos of the damage, and be in touch with us immediately. We will work with our shipper to file a claim, which may involve having a representative coming out to inspect the damaged box and goods.
